Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused item in its original box, ensuring all parts, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
